Messages From The Dead
The thing that stands out most in this novella is DeLuca's writing style. It is sparse and cold which makes the story slightly confusing. I couldn't decide if that was by design or a flaw in the author's style. Either way, the confusion plays well into this story as it follows the heroine as she attempts to understand the haunting events going on around her.4 STARS
