Dearly Devoted Dexter
Another well written book. I liked it but certainly not to the level that I enjoyed Darkly Dreaming Dexter. I find it frustrating that I am already growing bored with a series (2 books into 7) after liking the first as much as I did. I think the issue lies in the ancillary characters. I am not finding myself liking any of them. In fact, I find myself dreading chapters where our hero has to spend so much time interacting with them. They all seem so desperately needy in one form or another, almost annoyingly whiny!4 STARS (but closer to 3 1/2)
