This looks to be the start of a decent novel serialization. Glenn has introduced a hotel with a dark past and a number of characters that seem to be heading blindly into the anger that resides there. There are several characters to be fleshed out (or de-fleshed?) over subsequent volumes.3 1/2 STARS!
